The Brashear and Atlanta boys squared off in the Class 1 District 11 championship game Friday at La Plata. Atlanta jumped out to an early 8-0 lead and Brashear trailed by 9, 32-23 at halftime. Atlanta came out hot after the intermission and pushed their lead to 53-33 after 3 quarters. Brashear couldn't close the gap and had their season end with a 70-50 loss and a 2nd place finish in districts.
